BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Claudia Drive man, 63, was given a court summons Oct. 15 after he allowed a loud alarm to sound inside his house for more than 10 straight hours.A neighbor complained to police at about 6:30 p.m., saying that the alarm had been sounding since 10 p.m. the day before.
